Location:

Atlas Arena is one of the largest indoor arenas in Poland, located in the very center of the country – in Łódź, at the intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways. The venue is part of the Łódź Sports Centre – an organisation that also includes the Władysław Król Municipal Stadium and Sport Arena, forming a cohesive ecosystem for events of various scales.

In the immediate vicinity (approx. a 2-minute walk) is Łódź Kaliska railway station, providing convenient rail and bus connections. The city also has its own airport (located within 5km from the hall) and additionally, the proximity of Warsaw’s international airport further enhances accessibility for international guests. The central location of Łódź enables quick access from Poland’s largest cities – both by car and by train.

Architecture:
Atlas Arena is a modern, multifunctional venue with five usable floors. Its roof structure, reaches a height of 36 meters, allowing for the execution of most demanding stage and sports productions.

Investments:
The venue is continuously modernized, with a focus on increasing venue flexibility and user comfort. Recently (2025/2026), conference rooms and backstage facilities were upgraded (including the installation of air conditioning in the backstage and media room). A key direction of development is the implementation of modern production solutions, including:

• a curtain system divided into 8 independent sections,
• new mobile stands enabling flexible audience configuration,
• planned installation of a Cube and creation of an exclusive Sky Bar zone.

These solutions allow the space to be adapted for both intimate events and large-scale productions.

Conference facilities:
Atlas Arena enables the organization of events ranging from small business meetings to gatherings for tens of thousands of participants.

Available spaces include:

• main arena floor (3,500 m²) with seating for over 14,700 people,
• 5 independent conference rooms (40–220 people),
• Press Room (up to 60 people),
• 2 workshop rooms (approx. 30 people each),
• warm-up hall (362 m², up to approx. 325 people).

Additional facilities include:

• VIP foyer (220 m², approx. 225 people),
• 9 VIP boxes (7–22 people),
• networking and exhibition spaces.

All areas can operate simultaneously, enabling the organization of multi-stage events such as conferences, trade fairs, congresses, and corporate events in one place.

Catering:
Catering services are provided by a professional operator offering comprehensive culinary support tailored to the nature of each event – from conference services to VIP catering and large-scale event production. The venue also features a restaurant space with full facilities.

Additional services and attractions:
Atlas Arena provides comprehensive organizational and production support at every stage of event execution – from concept and planning to onsite delivery. Organizers are supported by an experienced team of event managers that help coordinate all aspects of the project. The venue offers over 1,100 parking spaces, along with additional parking in the immediate vicinity, making event logistics easier. Outdoor areas can also be used for accompanying events, exhibitions, or partner zones. Atlas Arena features its own modular stage, and the applied acoustic solutions ensure balanced sound absorption, frequency response, and a reverberation time below 2 seconds.
