Hotel Atrium is a unique place situated in the very heart of Kraków, just a few steps from the Main Market Square. We offer modern and fully equipped conference facilities. There are three rooms available: the main conference room, the adjacent glass-enclosed Patio, and the restaurant hall. Our offer includes the organization of all types of conferences, trainings, and business meetings.

Conference Room (Area: 70 m²)
Our spacious, air-conditioned room is equipped with modern multimedia equipment. It includes an interactive MyBoard whiteboard, projector, sound system, microphones, flipcharts, as well as both wireless and wired internet access. At the client’s request, we offer various room layouts, with a maximum capacity of up to 40 people. When using our conference room, you can count on professional service and technical support throughout the event.

Patio (Area: 57 m²)
Our beautiful, flower-filled Patio is located between the Conference Room and the Restaurant Hall. This space is perfect for relaxing coffee breaks during conferences or for hosting intimate business meetings. The room is air-conditioned and features a glass roof with a blackout option. It is equipped with a 60-inch TV that allows connection to an external drive.

Atrium Restaurant
The Atrium Restaurant combines elegance, minimalism, and refined taste. As part of our business event services, we offer the organization of formal dinners. The seasonally changing menu is based on carefully selected ingredients, allowing us to deliver exceptional quality.
Whether in the lush green Patio or in the Restaurant itself, we will organize receptions and banquets that can serve as a perfect conclusion to your conference.

In summary, for intimate business meetings, we recommend the unique Patio Room. If you’re planning a training session or a larger conference, the Main Conference Room will be ideal.
