Browar Warmia – conferences and corporate events by the Łyna River

Browar Warmia is a distinctive conference and event venue located on the banks of the Łyna River, right next to Olsztyn’s Old Town and the historic castle. We combine professional business facilities with a restaurant, an operating craft brewery and versatile spaces designed for corporate events and team-building activities.

The venue offers a range of spaces suitable for different group sizes – from the intimate VIP Room for up to 14 guests, through the Wine Room and Restaurant, to the Banquet Hall of approximately 181 m², suitable for conferences of around 150 participants. This allows us to host everything from management meetings, workshops and small training sessions to larger conferences, presentations and corporate events.

One of Browar Warmia’s main advantages is the possibility of organising the entire event in one location. In addition to room hire, we provide coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and full catering services. The programme can be tailored to the number of participants, the nature of the meeting and the event schedule.

After the business part, the event can smoothly transition into an evening team-building or networking programme. Guests can use our restaurant, pub, event spaces and terraces overlooking the Łyna River. On request, we can also arrange entertainment such as a DJ, live music, a vocal performance or other musical entertainment tailored to the character of the event.

This means that a conference or training session can continue with dinner, music and an informal evening programme without the need to transfer participants to another venue.

A unique element of our offer is the Browar Experience – a guided tour of our operating brewery with one of our brewers, an introduction to the brewing process and a tasting of beers produced on site. It can be a short highlight during a conference day or one of the main attractions of a corporate team-building programme.
