Hotel Airport Modlin (under construction)

Planned opening: towards the end of 2027.

Location: Hotel Airport Modlin is being developed in part of the former barracks of Modlin Fortress in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, near Warsaw-Modlin Airport.

Architecture: The project involves the revitalisation of a section of the historic barracks while preserving the building's external form and historic character. The Cadet Gate will become the central point of the hotel, adapted as the main entrance, lobby, reception and bar.

Conference rooms: Two conference rooms are planned in the hotel. The larger one is expected to have an area of nearly 250 m² and the possibility of being divided into smaller multifunctional spaces.

Rooms: The first stage of the investment includes 123 hotel rooms located on the ground floor and an upper floor. Ultimately, the number of rooms is planned to be approximately twice as high.

Food and beverage: A restaurant with an adjoining terrace is planned next to the lobby, while the lobby itself will include a bar.

Additional services and attractions: A terrace and recreational area are planned next to the restaurant.
