Location: Opened in August 2016, the hotel is located in the city center, right next to the Gdańsk Old Town. The Gdańsk Główny railway station is nearby. Architecture: A four-storey brick building with a red brick facade. It is one of the first two hotels in Poland built in accordance with the requirements of ecological construction. The hotel will be BREEAM certified. Conference rooms: 2 conference rooms for 40 people each, with the possibility of connecting into a room with an area of 86 sq m. cinema for 80 people. Rooms: About 240 beds in 120 rooms equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, Internet access and LCD TV. Gastronomy: A restaurant with international cuisine and a bar in the Avanzi style, i.e. with an open common space that gives a sense of informal atmosphere and freedom.
