Location: The ICE Kraków Congress Center is a business and cultural landmark of the city. Located in the heart of Kraków, it allows you to organize a variety of events opposite the Wawel Royal Castle, right at one of the main transportation hubs. The facility can be reached by car from both Kraków Airport, the railway and bus stations, as well as from any other part of Kraków. Thanks to the opening of the Kraków Congress Center, Kraków now has the infrastructure to fully enjoy a visit to the capital of Malopolska: a prestigious facility, a hotel base and an extremely diverse cultural, culinary and service and retail offer.

Architecture: a modern world-class facility, meeting the requirements of international congress organizations and the highest standards of acoustics and stage mechanics. Its designers are Ingarden & Ewý Architects of Kraków and Arata Isozaki & Associates of Tokyo. The project was awarded for the building's spectacular massing, blending gently into the landscape of the Vistula waterfront. ICE Kraków has a four-level glass foyer that offers a panoramic view of the city with the majestic Wawel Royal Castle.

Meeting rooms: ICE Kraków has four main halls: Auditorium, Theater, Chamber Hall and Conference Hall Complex accommodating a maximum of 1,915, 594, 400 and 350 guests respectively. In addition, it offers multi-purpose rooms and dressing rooms, as well as a spacious foyer. The 3-level foyer can serve as both a representative public space for the center's guests, a banquet function, and an exhibition space with the possibility of arranging sponsorship and exhibition stands during conventions. The equipment of each room (lighting, sound system, multimedia) is included in the rental price. Each of the halls has built-in or mobile screens and projectors. Three halls are equipped with simultaneous interpretation booths.

Other: The ICE Kraków Congress Center has a recording studio for hybrid events in the heart of Kraków, allowing you to explore a new dimension of events. The studio allows you to push the boundaries of standard capabilities and, with the help of the best technological solutions, combines the offline and online worlds. Surrounding the Congress Center is a special transportation system including surface parking lots, a bus bay, bicycle parking lots and a two-level underground parking for 335 cars.
