Location: The venue is situated in a forested part of Szklarska Poręba, on the Karkonosze side of the town. The town centre is approximately a 10–15-minute walk away, and nearby trails lead towards Szrenica, Łabski Szczyt, Śnieżne Kotły and the Szklarka Waterfall.

Conference rooms: The venue offers three multifunctional rooms with access to natural daylight. The largest room accommodates up to 120 people in a theatre layout. The facilities include screens, a projector, microphones and flipcharts, as well as complimentary Internet access. Conferences, training sessions and corporate meetings can also use the dining room, disco, barbecue area and green grounds.

Rooms: Guests have access to 33 rooms ranging from 17 to 42 m², providing a total of 85 beds. The accommodation includes 24 TWIN rooms and 9 studio rooms.

Dining: Breakfasts and dinners are served as a buffet. Lunches and late lunches are served as a buffet or at the table.
