Cookies and privacy policy

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The following Privacy Policy describes the issues of personal data protection related to the use of the website konferencje.pl ("Website").

  2. The section "Cookies Policy" applies to all users of the Website, and the section "Personal Data" applies only to people who have signed up for the provision of Services. 

  3. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is part of the regulations for using the website www.konferencje.pl ("Regulations", "Website").

  4. The Privacy Policy defines the principles of privacy and the processing of personal data of Website Users based on the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR").

§ 2. Personal data

1. The administrator of the provided data is Nobell Congressing Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki, at ul. Nadbrzeżna 4, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000241655, with tax identification number NIP 5262888621 and statistical number REGON 140196078, with a share capital of PLN 50,000 ("Nobell"),

2. Nobell may process personal data:

1.in order to send marketing content pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR

2. to collect opinions, suggestions and reviews and to publish them pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR;

3.for contact purposes based on Nobell's legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) in response to the question asked via the contact form;

4. in order to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services on the terms described in the Regulations of using the conference.pl website pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.
 

2.Processing of personal data for the purpose of sending marketing content

1. If the marketing consent is given, information of a marketing nature, including the newsletter of the conference.pl website, will be sent to the e-mail address provided.

2. The newsletter may contain commercial information as well as information on the latest articles and news of the conference.pl website.

3. Providing an identifying electronic address for the above purpose will be considered as an order for commercial information in accordance with Article 10 sec. 2 of the Act on the provision of electronic services.

4. Providing personal data for the purpose of sending marketing content to the e-mail address provided is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent sending marketing content.

5. The data provided for the purpose of sending marketing content will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn, but not longer than 10 years.

6.The data subject may at any time opt out of receiving further commercial information via e-mail by clicking on the link to unsubscribe from receiving commercial information ("unsubscribe from receiving messages") located in the footer of each e-mail or by changing the User's account settings, after logging into the account on the Website.

7. Nobell considers the use of this button to withdraw consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes.


3. Processing of data for the purpose of collecting opinions, suggestions and reviews

1. Providing data and consenting to their processing in order to collect opinions, suggestions or reviews by the konferencje.pl website is voluntary.

2. If you consent to the processing of data for the purpose of collecting and managing opinions, the consent may be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to the following address: biuro@konferencje.pl

3. The provided data will be processed for the period of publication of the message or until the consent for processing for this purpose is withdrawn, but not longer than for a period of 10 years.

 

4. Processing of personal data for contact purposes

1. Providing data for contact purposes and presenting an offer is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will make it impossible to send an answer to the question asked.

2. The provided data will be processed for a period of two years from the date of inquiry.

 

5. Processing of personal data for the purpose of performing the contract for the provision of electronic services on the terms described in the Regulations for the use of the website konferencje.pl

1. Personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services pursuant to art. 6 (1) letter b GDPR, in particular:

for creating a User Account;

to post information about the Partner on the Website;

for other services referred to in the Regulations for the use of the conference website.

2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the Website's functionalities.

3. The User may exercise the right to access their data and correct them after logging in to the Website, in the User Data Editing tab and via e-mail, by sending a message to the address biuro@konferencje.pl.

4. The provided data will be processed for the period of limitation of claims arising from non-performance or improper performance of this Agreement, as well as the rights referred to in art. 19 paragraph 2 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services. This period will be counted from the date of termination of this Agreement.

 

6. Data recipients

The above-mentioned personal data will be disclosed to Nobell's contractors - processors, i.e. entities providing hosting, e-mail sending and customer relationship management services.

 

7. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:

a) the right to withdraw consent to data processing;

b) the right to access personal data;

c) the right to request the rectification of personal data;

d) the right to request the deletion of personal data;

e) the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data;

f) the right to object to the processing of data due to the special situation of the data subject - in cases where we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest;

g) the right to transfer personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data from Nobell in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request that we send the data to another administrator. However, we will only do so if this is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data applies only to the data that we process on the basis of a contract with the data subject or on the basis of his consent;

h) the right to withdraw consent, i.e. to the extent that data is processed on the basis of consent, there is the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

j) the right to lodge a complaint with the authority - the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection

 

8. Security

1. Nobell has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures compliant with the law to ensure the protection of personal data processed.

2. In particular, using encryption, Nobell ensures the integrity and confidentiality of personal data transmitted via the Internet.

§ 3. Cookies policy

1. Definitions:

1. Administrator - Nobell.

2. Cookies - means IT data, in particular text files, stored in Users' end devices intended for using the Website's pages. These files allow to recognize the User's device and properly display the website tailored to his individual preferences. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.

3. Administrator's Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.

4. External Cookies - means Cookies posted by the Administrator's partners via the website of the Service.

5. Website - means the website where the Administrator runs the Website, operating in the domain konferencje.pl.

6. Device - means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website pages.

7. User - means an entity for which electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

8. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.

9. The administrator uses two types of cookies:

1. Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

2. Persistent cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending a browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.

10. The User has the option to limit or disable the access of Cookies to his Device. If the User has not disabled access to Cookies, it means that he has consented to the placement and storage of them on his devices. The user may disable the placing and storage of cookies from the level of the web browser used by him. The method of disabling cookies depends on the web browser used by the User. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible except for the functions which, by their nature, require cookies.

 

2. The purposes for which cookies are used

1. The User's data may also be collected by cookies.

2. The administrator uses his own cookies in order to correctly configure the website, in particular to adapt the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and to optimize the use of the Website pages.

3. The administrator uses his own cookies to implement the processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites, in particular to adapt the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and to optimize the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs.

4. The administrator of the service uses external cookies to collect general and anonymous static data via analytical tools Google Analytics and Facebook (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA and Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland).

 

3. Possibilities of determining the conditions of storage or access by Cookies

1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device by Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about them each time Cookies are placed on the User's device. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

2. Navigating the website, as well as unblocking the use of Cookies by Nobell in the browser settings, will be considered as an explicit action confirming the User's consent to the use of Cookies for the purposes described in this Policy.

4. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website of the Service.
